MISINFORMATION AGAINST ENGR ARTHUR EZEH BY POLITICAL JOBBERS AND BEGGERS; GOV CHIEF WILLIE OBIANO IS NOT IN ANY FIGHTING ARTHUR EZE AS A FRIEND, BUT WAS ONLY DISCHARGING HIS CONSTITUTIONAL EXECUTIVE DUTY AS THE CHIEF COMMANDER OF ANAMBRA STATE, Evang Chinedu Obigwe Akaekpuchionwa

The problem with ignorant political fools is that they derive joy from wallowing in misinformation and using it to mislead the gullible minded.

It is said that to be misinformed is to be deformed and that is why am setting the record straight on Thisdaylive.com publication against Governor Obiano.

The caption of the publication is Arthur Eze, Obiano's rift enters another phase.

The truth that I will State without mincing words in this piece is that there is no rift between Governor Obiano and Arthur Eze rather what is happening is that Arthur Eze is dwelling on misinformation and making avoidable costly mistakes.

He allowed the bootlickers that comes to pick crumbs from his dinning table to be misinforming him about the true situation of things in Anambra.

They claimed in the publication that Governor Obiano wanted the zone 13 Police headquarters to be moved to Aguleri but that is not true.

Governor Obiano did not make any request for the zone 13 Police headquarters to be moved to Aguleri because he already attracted Police institute of Finance and Administration to Aguleri.

He also attracted Mopol squadron 54 permanent headquarters to Aguleri.

The two is enough for Omambala axis.

What happened is that  the expectation is for Zone 13 Police headquarters in  Anambra to be at Awka as the State Capital just as Zone 9 is situated at Umuahia that is Abia state capital 

The Governor did not at any time lobby for the headquarters to be in Aguleri and when the Police leadership decided to take up the Ukpo office accommodation donated to them by Arthur Eze , Governor Obiano had no problem with it.

So those peddling the false story of Governor Obiano fighting to bring the Zone 13 headquarters to Aguleri are only misinforming Arthur Eze and the general public.

On the issue of the former igwe Ukwulu in the person of Peter Uyanwa, Governor Obiano owes nobody apology for doing the right thing and what he did preserved the respect of our traditional institution that the suspended Peter Uyanwa attempted dragging to the mud.

As for the issue of Local government election and the claim that a judgement for the conduct of local government election was delivered by Justice Umeadi since 2017, I will advise those behind the half truth to stop being mischievous.

My reason for saying this is that what they are saying is not the actual thing that happened.

The Plaintiffs in the case they are saying that Justice Umeadi gave favourable judgement for are APC and their claim is that ANSIEC having given notice of election for local government that at the close of nomination that APC was the only party that nominated candidates for that election and as such they want the High Court to declare the purported notice of election they claimed ANSIEC issued as valid consequent upon which they sought declaration that each of their 21 candidates be returned as validly nominated in the absence of other nominations from other parties.....However the High Court presided by Justice Umeadi Chief Judge dismissed the central theme of the reliefs sought by the plaintiffs and granted some.

Appeals were lodged at the Court of appeal Enugu by the Plaintiffs and cross appeals by three defendants, namely, APGA, ANSIEC and Attorney General of Anambra State....hence at the Court of appeal the plaintiffs appeal was dismissed and appeals by the defendants upheld by the Court of appeal.

Consequently, the Plantiffs being APC and their 21 candidates appealed to the Supreme Court where the matter is still pending.

So from the above explanation, you will see a well orchestrated plot by the devilish minded APC members to take over Anambra local government through the back door without an election.

They are the ones that appealed the judgement of the Court of appeal Enugu division that is in favour of the State government and they are still misleading people with false iinformation on the issue.

The judgement of Justice Umeadi that they are referring to have been overtaken by event and the judgement of Court of appeal Enugu that is in favour of the State government supersedes that of the High Court.

Governor Obiano will not take laws into his hands by going ahead to conduct Local government election in a matter that is subject of litigation at the Supreme Court.

My reason for this well detailed clarification is for the general public to know that Anambra APC are responsible for the non conduct of local government election in our State and not Governor Obiano.

As long as APC appeal on this issue is still pending at the Supreme Court, the status quo will be maintained until the final determination of Anambra APC appeal at the Supreme Court against the judgement of the Court of appeal Enugu division that is in favour of the State government.

If I say that Arthur Eze is being misinformed and that  wallowing in misinformation is pushing him into the commission of avoidable costly mistakes.

They sited the issue of the non conduct of Local government election as one of the reason for Arthur Eze anger but they did not tell him about their plot to use Court to take over Anambra Local government through the back door without an election.

Glory be to God that Governor Obiano's administration succeeded in nipping such undemocratic evil plot in the bud.
